Questions owners ask

How much does Resto cost?

Resto Core costs ₹24,999 once, or ₹5,000 a month for 5 months. There is no yearly fee, no AMC and no charge for updates. Resto Pro, the optional QR menu, is ₹5,999 a year.

Is it really a one-time payment, with no yearly fee?

Yes. Resto Core is paid once (or in monthly parts) and is yours for life on one computer. Updates, bug fixes and GST changes are free. Only Resto Pro, the QR menu, is yearly, and you never need it to bill.

Can I get my money back if Resto isn’t right for me?

Yes. Within 7 days of any payment, ask on WhatsApp or email and we refund it in full to the way you paid, usually within 5–7 working days.

Does Resto work without internet?

Yes. Billing, KOTs, waiter phones, the kitchen and TV screens all work over your shop’s WiFi with no internet. Resto needs the internet to sign in the first time, to check its licence once every couple of months, and for WhatsApp bills, Google Drive backup and Resto Pro.

What if my computer breaks?

Resto backs up to your own Google Drive. Install Resto on the new computer, sign in with the same Google account, move your licence there and restore. Your menu, orders, staff and settings come back.

Which printers work with Resto?

Any printer Windows can print to: 58 mm or 80 mm thermal, dot-matrix or A4, over USB, network or Bluetooth. Network and Bluetooth thermal printers also work without a Windows driver.

How many phones and screens can I connect?

As many as your WiFi can handle. Waiter phones, kitchen tablets and TVs need no extra licence. (If Resto makes its own WiFi, Windows allows 8 devices on it.)

Is it ready for GST?

Yes: tax invoices with CGST and SGST, prices with or without GST, Bill of Supply for the composition scheme, business bills with the buyer’s GSTIN, and a monthly GST report for your CA.

What if I pay in parts and miss a month?

Resto pauses a few days after the payment was due and starts again the moment you pay. Nothing is lost. After the last part, it is yours for life.

Does it connect to Swiggy or Zomato?

Not yet. Resto is built for dine-in and takeaway at your counter. For orders from your own tables, there is Resto Pro’s QR menu, with no commission.

Does it run on Mac, Android or iPad?

The main app needs a computer with Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Staff phones and tablets of any kind connect to it through their browser.

What if Resto shuts down one day?

Your data is on your computer and in your own Google Drive, never only on our servers. And it is in our terms: if Zeonweb ever closes, we switch off the licence check first, so every copy keeps working.
