Terms of use
Zeonweb sells Resto, restaurant software for Windows. By buying or using Resto you agree to these terms.
Your licence
- Resto Core is paid once and works for as long as you use it. One licence runs on one computer at a time. Phones and tablets connected to it (waiters, kitchen, TV) do not need their own licence.
- Paying monthly: Resto works from the first payment. If a payment is missed, Resto pauses a few days after it was due and starts again as soon as it is paid. Nothing is lost. After the last payment it is yours for life.
- Moving to a new computer: sign in on the new computer and Resto offers to move. You can do this yourself a few times a year; after that, contact us and we will help.
The daily check
Resto works without the internet. Whenever the internet is on, it quietly checks its licence with our server. If a computer has not reached our server for a long time (75 days today), Resto shows a warning and then pauses until it is connected once. If Zeonweb ever closes, we will switch this check off before we do, so every copy keeps working.
Resto Pro
Resto Pro (the Digital Menu, and the online features added to it later) is paid yearly and renewed by you. It never charges you by itself. If it is not renewed, only the Digital Menu pauses; your web address and printed QR codes are kept, and work again when you renew.
Updates
Bug fixes, GST updates and improvements are free for every Resto Core licence. Major new modules may be offered separately as paid add-ons.
Your data
Your menu, orders, bills and customers are stored on your own computer, not on our servers. Keeping backups is your responsibility. See the privacy policy.
Not allowed
Copying, sharing or modifying Resto to avoid paying, or using Resto Pro for anything other than your restaurant's menu. We may stop a licence that does.
Refunds: see the refund policy. Questions: contact us.
